I finally heard from licensing, they said that they are reviewing my case because of Shawn's DUI from 2002. And there are a couple things that I have to send back, that will be taken care of by tomorrow, so then we wait for the review.
In the meantime, I did apply for financial aid, and I applied to baker college. Hopefully they will take me. Getting a degree in something would be really good for me.
So that's that.
Hopefully, I will hear from all of these places really quick like!

Argh. Just typed a big long comment & zap...it disappeared. Shorter version- glad to hear things are coming along & that you've applied to school. I struggle with the same stuff & I know it's hard to find direction...so you have my kudos for finding the motivation & resolve to take steps in that direction.

i think you'd be a great nurse cuz youre so smart and good with things like that- its a big pain in the ass though, and crazy hours...teaching would be great for you, too, but the pay sucks.... my life story! im going for 4 years and will be making crap but doing what i love!!!
